 omplished cognitive neuroscientist and academic leader. She earned her PhD
  in clinical neuropsychology from 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ (advised by Brenda Mil
 ner)\, followed by a Wellcome Trust Fellowship at the Functional Imaging L
 aboratory (UCL) and a research scientist position at the MRC Cognition and
  Brain Sciences Unit in Cambridge\, UK. Recruited to Queen's University as
  a Canada Research Chair (2004)\, she moved to Western University in 2014.
  Professor Johnsrude is a recipient of awards including a prestigious NSER
 C EWR Steacie Fellowship (2009). Her trainees hold successful positions ac
 ross academia\, industry\, and healthcare. She has held significant leader
 ship posts at Western\, beginning as Director of Western’s Brain and Mind 
 Institute\, and later serving as the unanimously selected Chair of Psychol
 ogy. She also serves in a thought-leadership role for a research unit with
 in Demant A/S\, a global hearing healthcare company. Her success in these 
 roles stems from her consultative vision and commitment to improving insti
 tutional systems to enhance well-being\, reputation\, and scholarly impact
 .\n
