Registration period for Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 using Minerva for all newly-admitted undergraduate students in the following faculties who have been admitted from Quebec CEGEPs as well as French Baccalaureate students from Coll猫ge Marie de France and Coll猫ge Stanislas:
Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), B.A.&Sc., Education, Engineering (including Architecture), Management, Music, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Science (including Medical Prep. and Dental Prep. students).
Deadline to web withdraw (grade of "W") or University withdraw (grade of "W--") with full fee refund (less $200 Registration Cancellation Fee for returning students; less registration deposit or $200 Registration Cancellation Fee, whichever is higher for new students, in the case of complete withdrawal from the University).
NOTE: Deadline to web withdraw (grade of "W") with fee refund from Continuing Studies credit courses (less $20 fee).

Verify your entire record on Minerva (address, personal data, courses, programs, etc.) and consult your faculty with any problems. It is especially critical that graduating students verify their records prior to the start of their final term of studies.

Readmission application (Satisfactory academic standing only) opens for students in Arts (including School of Social Work and School of Religious Studies) for the Winter 2026 term. Satisfactory academic standing only.
Summer readmission is not possible, regardless of the academic standing of the student.
