The Feindel Brain and Mind Seminar Series will advance the vision of Dr. William Feindel (1918–2014), Former Director of the Neuro (1972–1984), to constantly bridge the clinical and research realms. The talks will highlight the latest advances and discoveries in neuropsychology, cognitive neuroscience, and neuroimaging.

Established in 1935, the Hughlings Jackson Lecture is The Neuro’s premier scientific lecture. It honours the legacy of British neurologist John Hughlings Jackson (1835-1911) who pioneered the development of neurology as a medical specialty. A reception will follow for registered attendees.

This two-day training course is designed to provide and enhance a basic working knowledge of sleep medicine. It is designed for neurology residents and fellows from across Canada as well as general practitioners, community neurologists,Ìý and specialists who are interested in further enhancing their understanding of the current principles and practices in dealing with patients with sleep disorders.

The Neuro's Dorothy J. Killam Lecture was established in 2004 to recognize women of influence in business, science, politics or the humanities.ÌýEve Marder, Victor and Gwendolyn Beinfield Professor of Biology at Brandeis University, will deliver the 2026 Dorothy J. Killam lecture. A cocktail reception will follow for in-person registered attendees.
