He has developed a set\nof web-based applications collectively known as OSCAR (Open Source\nClinical Applications and Resources). These include an awar d\nwinning\, OntarioMD Certified Electronic Medical Record\, a patient\nco ntrolled personal health record called MyOSCAR\, a social\nnetworking site called MyDrugRef.org for pharmacists and physicians\nto exchange drug rel ated knowledge\, and an Open Content Clinical\nResource Database.
