DESCRIPTION:Young legal scholars from across Canada and from Yale\, Columbi

 from international trade law to human rights law to IP and\nenvironmental 
 law.\n\nThe objective of the conference is to provide a lively\, engaging
 \nforum for students to share their continuing research on a wide\nvariety

  law and the “public” and “private” spheres. In\nparticular\, the theme qu
 eries whether and how law influences the\ndialogue between public and priv
 ate institutions. The broad theme\nof the conference has been selected as 
 a way of taking into account\nthe multiplicity of projects\, interests\, a
 nd aspirations each\nparticipant will bring to the conference.\n
