Her most recent line of research analyzes the individ ual and group level behaviors that are necessary to implement changes in t he (re)design of organizations using wearable social sensors. This work hi ghlights the unanticipated consequences that micro-level social networks c an have in mediating planned change initiatives. More generally\, Professo r King’s research investigates the social processes underlying the adoptio n\, diffusion\, and utilization of new information.
