This Friday we will have 2 presentations for the MVR Journal Club,
First up, Goro Maehara (9I制作厂免费 Vision Research) will lead a discussion of a paper by聽 Chen, C-C., & Tyler, C. W. (2008). The paper is titled: " Excitatory and inhibitory interaction fields of flankers revealed by contrast-masking functions. Journal of Vision, 8(4):10, 1-14.
In the second half of the session Elena Gheorghiu (9I制作厂免费 Vision Research) will give a presentation titled: 'Global not local motion direction tuning of curvature encoding mechanisms'
