Chris Eaton has Bachelors (1989) and Masters (1991) Degrees from the University of Toronto, in International Development Studies and Political Science respectively. 聽Chris has also worked in Canada and overseas with a variety of non-governmental, international development organizations 鈥� supporting education, rural development and local governance initiatives. Most recently, Chris returned from a four year placement in Afghanistan, where he had headed the operations and programmes of Aga Khan Foundation, to take up the position of Executive Director with World University Services of Canada in Ottawa.
