After having completed this workshop, participants will be able to: describe the principles of adult learning in the development of clinical education; describe and apply principles & strategies in different clinical environments; identify personal strengths and weaknesses as a clinical teacher; and discuss solutions to commonly encountered obstacles (difficulties) in their own setting.
