His research program focu ses on motor cortex neurophysiology. He studies the effects of traumatic b rain injury on the integrity of inhibitory and excitatory intracortical ci rcuits. He also aims to better understand the motor mechanisms associated with the observation of movements performed by others. The techniques used in his laboratory include transcranial magnetic stimulation\, electroence phalography and magnetic resonance imaging.
