Mitochondria are vital organ elles controlling metabolism\, growth\, and cell death in essentially all organisms including humans. Kostas has broad international research experi ence with previous posts at the Institut Pasteur-Paris\, the Biozentrum-Ba sel\, and the Universities of Crete\, Manchester and Delaware.
